January Events

Happy New Year! We know it is cold outside but we’re hoping you can make it down for a hot cup of coffee and a few of our events this month.

On Saturday, January 6th, Bach & Beer is back at 7pm. This is a free monthly musical event that features traditional and contemporary concert music in a laid back environment. There are several musicians and always a special guest or two.  This month, there will be a fishbowl collection for the Empty Bowls Project by Chautauqua Area Potters endowment as well as a few bowls crafted by local potters available at the $10 and $20 donation levels.

Our new weekly event, Comedy Open Mic with Karate Sleepover begins on Thursday, January 11th at 8pm. Stop down every Thursday for an opportunity to test out your own comedy routine with a welcoming and supportive audience or just to be a part of that audience. First timers encouraged. Note: Labyrinth and the kitchen will be open until 10 pm

Almond & Olive will be returning to our stage on Saturday, January 13th at 10pm. They were here last January and most recently played the Rolling Hills Radio Show. Grab a drink upstairs and head down to enjoy the show. You do not want to miss this!

Last but not least, is our monthly Press House Poetry Slam on Saturday, January 20th at 7pm. This event brings a little bit of everything. Some open mic time, a traditional poetry slam with prizes for the winner and a special musical guest.

See you soon!
